The Olympus PEN E-P2 is the latest member to join the Olympus PEN camera range. Building on the innovation and creative capabilities of the E-P1, this new model similarly eliminates the traditional D-SLR quick-return mirror and uses a SLR-sized image sensor. This results in a radically compact and highly portable interchangeable lens camera that takes superb SLR quality pictures. This kit includes the Olympus PEN E-P2 + 14-42mm M.Zuiko Olympus Lens.
Expanding the range of Art Filters to eight with an additional two new filters, the Olympus E-P2 encourages you to express your creative genius in both still shooting and movie capture modes, and a new picture mode, i-ENHANCE, works to ensure the key photographic subject stands out with exceptional clarity and presence. Built-in image stabilisation means virtually any lens you can use with the EP-2 becomes a stabilised lens.
Movie Feature – captures high definition video with PCM stereo audio up to 1280x720p resolution at 30 frames per second. Maximum recording length is 7 minutes in HD or up to a file size of 2gb. Electronic image stabilisation functions during movie capture. Eight Art Filter effects can be applied in the movie capture mode, and depth of field, angle of view and autofocus can all be varied during filming. Accessory port allows connection of external microphones via optional external microphone adapter EM-1.
