The Sony T300 offers excellent performance and an elegant, sophisticated design. It includes Smile Shutter technology to help capture smiles automatically as they happen, as well as Face Detection technology to optimise focus, exposure and colour for up to eight faces. The compact body features 10.1 megapixel resolution and a beautiful, wide 3.5" touch-screen LCD for easy operation. In addition, Intelligent Scene Recognition automatically selects your camera's settings based on detected lighting conditions. What are the features and how will they benefit you? |

Optical Image Stabilisation – mechanical (optical) works to counteract blurred images due to shaky hands, subject movement, or when shooting in low-light conditions - important at full zoom where a small movement of the hand can cause a lot of movement at the other end.
Face Detection - focuses on faces rather than other picture elements that might be in the foreground or background.
Smile Shutter – in this mode, press the shutter button fully down; the camera will detect when somebody in the frame smiles, and take a picture.
High ISO Sensitivity (ISO 3200) - this will help you take better photos in low-lighting.
Clear Raw Noise Reduction – reduces image “noise” that may appear due to light sensitivity.
Full HD 1080i Output - lets you watch a slideshow of your photos on a High Definition TV (requires optional VMCMHC1 HD cable) |
